Service Now Administrator

ServiceNow Administrator
We are currently looking for ServiceNow developer and administrator experienced in highly customized and configured enterprise level implementations. Strong customer service background and support knowledge is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve upon the existing ServiceNow solution utilized by the IT department.
* Customize the current ServiceNow integration based on users and IT requirements.
* Work closely with the support team to ensure that workflows are efficient and properly unified with the ServiceNow system.
* Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
* Ensure that releases adhere to both internal as well as ITIL policies and procedures Monitor systems integration and process automation.
* Work closely with business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes.
* Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts business rules, and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and customizing when necessary.
* Establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards, code reviews and new releases.
* Experience with web technologies such as LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL and normalization and reconciliation tools.
* Knowledge of improving performance and configuration by utilizing ServiceNow best practices.
* Strong ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions and continual service improvement.
* Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze and examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions.
Educational and/or Work Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
* At least four (4) years of experience in IT Service Delivery to include at least two (2) years of experience as a System Administrator of ServiceNow.
* At least one (1) year of experience using JavaScript or HTML
* Effective knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, and relevant IT architecture experience.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
